The Real Reason You’re Self-SabotagingđŸ˜±

Let’s talk about something we all experience

You get excited about the vision.
Maybe it’s your health, your business, your relationship, or your next level of wealth.

You make the plan.
You set the intention.
You feel the energy of “this time will be different.”

And then
 you start hesitating.
You delay.
You shrink.
You talk yourself out of it.

Or you find yourself stuck in patterns that don’t align with the version of you you’re trying to become.

It’s not failure.
It’s not a lack of discipline.
And it’s definitely not because you’re not meant for more.

It’s self-sabotage — but not in the way we’ve been taught to see it.

In this week’s Spiritually Wired podcast, I sat down with Business and Nervous System Strategist Meghan Weir for a powerful conversation about the real root of self-sabotage: Your nervous system.

Because here’s the truth: if your body doesn’t feel safe with the bigness of what you’re calling in, it will unconsciously pull you back to what feels familiar — even if that familiar space isn’t what you truly want.

And this ties perfectly into the chakra we’re exploring this week inside the Spiritually Wired Membership: The Throat Chakra.

This energy center governs your truth, your voice, and your ability to express yourself fully.

But how can you speak your truth if your nervous system is bracing for rejection, judgment, or being “too much”?

You can’t force your way through that fear.
You have to create safety in the body first.

And here’s something powerful to remember:
The language you use—internally and externally—shapes your reality. Every time you speak, you’re giving energy to the life you’re creating. When the words you say match the truth of who you are
 something shifts.

You heal and step into a new frequency that allows energy to move and create miracles.
