This Summer Feels Different

Summer is here and that means patios, change in schedules, and an overall different energy. It offers us a softness, a spaciousness, and an invitation to see life through a new lens.
This summer feels especially different for me. Usually, I feel the pull to slow down, step back, and recalibrate. And while I’m still honouring that natural rhythm, I’m also feeling very inspired creatively. I’m coming out from a season of deep change and reflection, and what’s meeting me now is inspiration, clarity, and the energy to take action.
Leaning into presence.
Moving with awareness.
Trusting the flow between being and doing.
And choosing to focus on the process, not just the outcome.
One area where I’ve been embodying this shift is in my physical health. Truthfully, with everything life has brought over the past two years, I hadn’t been paying attention to my body in the same way. But now I am, and it feels so good. Not because I’m following a strict plan, but because I’m showing up with love, consistency, and intention.
That’s why I brought back holistic health practitioner Holly Short on this week’s podcast. Holly’s been gently guiding me on my own wellness journey, and in this episode, we talk about how to feel good in your body this summer – without the stress, guilt, or all-or-nothing pressure.
