I Got Called OutÂ
Yup- I got called out recently.Â
By my coach. Right in the middle of a session.
This year has been about uplevelling. My word for the year is breakthrough. And let me tell you⌠had I known just how much Iâd need to break down in order to breakthrough, I might have chosen a softer word. đĽš
So what did she call me out on? Sharing an old story of fear as if it was still running the show.
She looked at me and said:Â âI think youâre done with that one, donât you? I donât believe you anymore. And honestly, anyone looking at how youâre showing up doesnât believe it either. Itâs time to let that story go.â
Ouch. For a moment, I felt embarrassed.
And then, I was so freaking grateful.
Because the stories we tell ourselves shape how we see ourselves. Itâs taken me a while to rewrite this one, but that moment was like a cord snapping⌠and suddenly, only the new story existed.
Hereâs the truth: the most powerful step in shifting a limiting belief is the decision to choose a better one. Over and over again, each time the old story tries to sneak back in.
Every time you choose the new story, you give it more power. You strengthen it. Until one day, it becomes who you are.
And then there comes a day when you say: enough. This is who I am now.Â
Itâs a subtle shift. But oh so powerful.
So tell me, what story are you ready to say enough to? Iâd love to hear!
PS: This is why investing in coaching is so powerful. Sometimes you need someone else to reflect back to you how far you’ve come. Iâm opening 2 spots this fall for women ready to go deep in 1-1 work with me. If you feel the pull, reach out for more info.
Remember to breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
Sending much love your way,
