The Grief that Comes with GrowthđŤ
Iâve been reflecting on something we donât talk about enough.
When youâre stepping into a new chapter, everyone talks about the excitement –Â
the vision, the possibilities, the âfuture youâ youâre calling in.
But the first step in real change? Itâs not just building the new. Itâs releasing the old.
The you who:
⢠played small
⢠stayed safe
⢠doubted her worth
The truth is that she didnât fail you. She’s actually been protecting you.Â
And now, itâs time to thank her⌠and let her go.
Letting go isnât always graceful.
Itâs tender.
Itâs uncertain.
Itâs messy.
And yes, you might grieve her. Thatâs not a sign youâre doing it wrong. Itâs actually a sign youâre doing it right.
Because the in-between: the space between who you were and who youâre becoming, is sacred. Itâs where healing happens and where remembering begins.
So this is your reminder to give yourself permission to feel it all.
The gratitude. The discomfort. The hope.
Itâs all part of your becoming.
Remember to breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
Sending much love your way,
