Quick heads up: this post contains a few swear words – but they’re necessary!🤓

So… if you follow me on social media or listen to my podcast, you probably know I just turned 50🎉 It feels a little weird because I’m not usually one to make a big deal out of birthdays… but apparently this year I am!

There’s a younger influencer I love who started a movement called “zero fucks”. It’s such a great reminder to let go of what others think and focus on what you truly want to do. And as I’ve been reflecting on my 40s, I realized that’s already been a big part of my growth. I cared less about what people thought and more about living my truth.

But as I step into this new decade, I’ve realized it’s not about giving zero fucks anymore… it’s about giving them to the things that actually matter.

✨ My health.
✨ The people I love.
✨ The purpose I’m here to serve.

And the best part? What I’m learning is that with every year, what matters most just keeps getting clearer. That’s the gift of aging.
