The Breakthrough I Didn’t See Coming✨

I’m fresh off a full week of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) immersion, and let’s just say that I’ve been sitting with a lot – integrating, processing, and trusting that what needed to land… has.

If I had to sum up one of my biggest takeaways, it’s this: transformation doesn’t have to make sense – and most of the time, it doesn’t.

Real breakthroughs rarely arrive in a way you can see or explain. They don’t always look like fireworks. More often, they’re quiet, subtle shifts – an energetic release that you can feel more than you can define. It’s similar to intuition: a knowing that speaks softly from within, not through logic, but through a knowing. You may not be able to articulate why something feels different – you just know it does.

And the invitation is to trust that knowing. To lean into it, however it shows up. To stop trying to make it fit into a linear story and instead let your body, heart, and energy lead the way.

I keep being reminded of this – again and again. Breakthroughs aren’t about doing more; they’re about releasing what’s been held too tightly, trusting that the release itself is the shift.
