I had one of those happy dance moments recently – a big win for the podcast. I was so excited… I celebrated for a bit, but then went back to life and didn’t follow through right away.
At first, I told myself I was just busy. But when I slowed down, I realized what was really happening: my nervous system had reached the edge of its comfort. That’s self-sabotage – not laziness or lack of discipline. And here’s what I’ve learned about it: self-sabotage is a capacity issue.
The good news is, I caught it.
In the past, this pattern might’ve led to missed opportunities or staying small. But now, because I could see it unfolding in real time, I was able to pause, take a breath, and choose differently.
I share this because this is how you increase your capacity – by working with your nervous system to feel safe receiving more: more love, more success, more health, and more abundance.
