Why your spiritual connection matters more than you thinkđź’«
I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means to feel spiritually connected – especially at this time of year when life feels extra busy. And I always come back to this:
Your spiritual connection is the part of you that exists beneath the noise… the expectations… the stories… the pressure to keep it all together.
Most of us are living almost entirely in our minds – in the thoughts, the loops, the figuring out. And as Albert Einstein said: “You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it.”
This is why deepening your spiritual connection matters. Because when your mind is running the show, you’re limited by what you already know.
But when you deepen your spiritual connection, something shifts:
✨ Clarity doesn’t come from thinking – it comes from remembering
✨ Intuition becomes easier to hear – without forcing it
✨ You feel more grounded, guided, and supported
✨ Life becomes something you co-create, not something you manage
This isn’t about becoming “more spiritual.”
It’s about remembering what’s already inside you.
In this week’s Spiritually Wired episode, I share why this connection is so important – especially when your mind feels full, and the three ways to actually deepen it so you can move through life with more peace, trust, and inner knowing.
And if manifesting has been on your heart, Binu Dhindsa and I had a powerful conversation with our friend Brenda on the She Flourishes podcast, where we debunk some of the biggest myths around manifesting – and Brenda did not hold back with the questions. It’s such a good one!

Remember to breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
Sending much love your way,
