My Top 5 Favourite Wellness Podcasts

 

I don’t know about you, but I am a huge fan of podcasts. Even though I also love audio books, I like how podcasts are short and entertaining. There are so many podcasts available these days and I’m always exploring new ones. Here are some of my favourites at the moment:

SuperSoul Conversations – Do I need to say more? Oprah is the Queen of meaningful interviews. Each conversation is inspiring, real and thought provoking. 

Deliciously Ella – I just love Ella and her husband Matthew. The podcast covers a wide range of topics from physical & emotional wellness to business. It’s light yet full of great information.

The Rich Roll Podcast – Rich is a plant based wellness advocate and ultra athlete. His podcast is a bit more serious as the episodes are usually close to 2 hours in length. However, they are worth the listen – really interesting topics with lots of depth. 

Rise Podcast – New York Times Best-Selling Author Rachel Hollis covers a wide range of topics from business to personal development. I love her down to earth approach and choice of guests. 

Yoga Girl: Conversations from the Heart – Rachel Brathen is as real as it gets. I admire her genuine desire to share her experiences with vulnerability and an open heart.
