Sometimes the single most powerful thing you can do is to let go. We often don’t realize the weight we are carrying on our shoulders. Imagine walking knee high in mud with a heavy bag on your back. You are slowly moving forward due to all the extra resistance.
Bringing awareness to your life gives you a different perspective. It allows you to recognize what it is you are holding onto that is creating resistance and keeping you from moving forward.
Here are some examples:

✨negative thoughts such as guilt, resentment, jealousy, judgement, shame

Letting go is a practice. Releasing limiting beliefs, thought patterns & habits require noticing when they show up and consciously letting them go so you can choose something more serving. The good news is that it usually becomes a little easier over time.
It all begins with noticing and accepting what is. From here you are able to make a conscious decision to take control back of the moment and choose how you are going to show up & feel. Releasing what is holding you back invites lightness into your life. There is tremendous freedom that comes with this process of letting go.
