4 Years of Offering Virtual Classes

One of my students reminded me this week that I started offering virtual classes exactly 4 years ago. Wild!

I remember shifting to virtual classes immediately after the first covid lockdown was announced. The interesting thing was that I was also getting ready to launch my website without knowing what was coming. 

I was never planning to teach yoga and meditation virtually, it just naturally progressed given the circumstances. In my case, the pandemic gave me the opportunity to do what I love in a new way – while reaching even more people geographically. Teaching from my home in a virtual setting has allowed me to keep the experience intimate and cultivate a connection with my students that is genuine. Even though we aren’t together in person, it truly feels like we are. 

Reflecting back on the past 4 years, I’m amazed by how much I have grown as a teacher. I’ve taught over 1000 meditation & yoga classes, all with unique lessons and themes. I’ve also offered over 30 programs from the Sacred Wellness Circle, Chakra Healing Course, Primordial Sound Meditation, Reiki Certifications, Masterminds, Retreats and 1-1 Coaching, which is quickly becoming the biggest part of my wellness practice. 

And above all, I’ve been blessed meeting the most incredible humans on this journey. Each one of you has enhanced my life in a special way. 

It hasn’t always been easy. There have been many challenges and difficult moments along the way yet, it’s allowed me to learn so much – on a personal, spiritual and business level. 

I do feel a shift coming. While I may not have a clear picture of what lies ahead just yet, I’m choosing to go with the flow and see where it takes me. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that clarity comes from a place of allowing, not resisting. But rest assured, you’ll be kept in the loop along the way!

So whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning or recently joined this community – please know that I’m incredibly grateful that you are here. 

Remember to keep paying attention and listening to the whispers of your mind, body, heart and soul. Trust your inner guidance. You always have the answers within. Ultimately, my message has always been to come back to yourself. YOU are your own guru.
