Stepping Beyond Your Comfort Zone

I’ve been sharing a lot recently about the personal journey of stepping beyond your comfort zone, and launching this podcast has been a big reminder of that. The subconscious mind and nervous system are designed to protect us, to keep us safe. Whenever we’re about to do something that stretches us, that takes us beyond what feels familiar – the mind and body will react. I’ve been very dialed into witnessing this unfold for me personally, and it’s been quite fascinating.

What I’m learning is that healing happens in the space we create to be with the shift. The more time and compassion we give ourselves to be with the discomfort of growth, the more we expand. So whatever changes you’re navigating – whether it’s a move, a new job, health challenges, or a big uplevelling – give yourself the time and space to adjust. Let yourself sit with the tension that exists, and be open to allow the expansive energy to flow when it shows up. 

Remember to slow down, breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
