Rewrite your Stories to Train your Mind for Success✨
We all carry stories that shape how we see ourselves and perceive the world around us. Stories like:
“I can’t be a good parent and follow my dream.”
“Asking for help is a sign of weakness.”
“I have to sacrifice my health in order to be successful.”
These stories are created from past experiences, observations, or beliefs we absorbed growing up. But here’s the truth: those stories are rarely facts. They are interpretations made from the subconscious mind to protect you. Holding on to them may be getting in the way of your inner-peace and incredible potential.
Because here’s the truth: your thoughts are powerful. The Universe matches the frequency of your thoughts and in turn, will always confirm your beliefs. You become what you think, after all.
This is where the Reticular Activating System (RAS) comes into play. The RAS is the brain’s filter, constantly scanning for information that aligns with your beliefs. If you believe you’re unworthy, your RAS will look for evidence that confirms that belief. But if you shift to a belief of self-worth and possibility, your RAS will begin to notice opportunities, resources, and signs of growth you may have not seen before.
By rewriting the stories that no longer serve you, you train your brain to look for evidence of success and expansion. You invite in possibilities that are more aligned with who you truly are and who you are becoming. And you my friend, are the author of your stories.
I mean, how cool is that?
We’re diving deeper into all of this juicy stuff during our Soul Hour this week in the Spiritually Wired Membership. Later this month, we’ll have a discussion around the super popular book The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. You can check out all the goodness happening in the membership below!
Remember to slow down, breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
