When Life Knocks You on the Head…🙃

So, I got hit in the head – twice this month (a careless mishap and a fall). And of course, my first instinct was to ask: What is the Universe trying to tell me?

Because trust me, I’m listening.

But as I sit with it, I know that it’s not about what happened. The real lesson is in the process of moving through whatever challenge it may be—the learning, the shifts, the moments of awareness that emerge along the way. That’s the gift.

Instead of asking: Why did this happen? I’m noticing what I’m learning in the process of healing—the resistance I have around rest, the imbalance of using my mind and screens for so much of what I do. My body is asking for more presence, more softness, more receiving, more space. And I’m listening.

Healing isn’t about rushing to get back to where you were. It’s about allowing yourself to move through it, to notice, to shift, to grow.

I came across a saying that hit deep:
“One day, the mountain that is in front of you will be so far behind you, it will barely be visible in the distance. But the person you become in learning to get over it? That will stay with you forever—and that is the point of the mountain.”

So if you’re feeling like there’s this giant mountain ahead of you… Breathe. Trust. Be patient. Love yourself as best as you can.
