What’s Your Secret Sauce?đź’«

Your soul’s purpose isn’t something you do—it’s who you are.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the years, and I can’t tell you how often I hear the same thing:

“I know I’m meant for more…”

And I get it. I’ve spent much of my own life searching for that elusive more—thinking it was out there somewhere, waiting for me in a new project or a new version of myself.

But here’s what I’ve come to believe with every cell of my being.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about being more of you.
More of your essence.
More of your truth.
More of your light.

The real work isn’t about adding more layers. It’s about removing the ones that were never really yours to begin with. The people-pleasing. The perfectionism. The fear of being too much—or not enough.

Because what makes you different is your gift.

And your unique energy? That’s your secret sauce.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” — Howard Thurman

This week’s podcast episode is extra special—it was recorded in front of a live studio audience at the High Vibe Women event and features the incredible Kristy Miller, a woman who built a multi-million dollar candle business from her single-car garage.

Her secret sauce? She bet on herself. She stopped waiting for permission. She followed what lit her up—literally.

If you’ve ever felt the nudge that there’s more for you… let this episode remind you that you are the more.
