You Only Die Once: How to Live Without Regret

This week, I’ve been sitting with something that feels especially real today. As someone who has studied spirituality for over 20 years, one thing has become undeniably clear to me: you can only truly live when you are willing to acknowledge that this is a finite experience. And that requires a willingness to gently explore death… not from a place of fear, but from a place of awareness. Because it’s in that awareness that life becomes richer, more intentional, more alive.

Today, many around the world pause to honour the ultimate sacrifice that Christ made – his life, and ultimately, his resurrection. And beyond religion, there is something deeply symbolic here… the reminder that there is always more than what we see. That endings and beginnings often exist at the same time. That life, death, and rebirth are all part of the same sacred cycle.

On the podcast this week, I had such a beautiful conversation with Jodi Wellman – speaker, author of You Only Die Once, and founder of 4000 Mondays, whose work is centred around using death as a catalyst to live more fully. And if this topic brings up any discomfort for you, I promise – it’s held with so much lightness, honesty, and inspiration. We spoke about the idea of width and depth…

Width… being the simple, “cheap and cheerful” ways to bring aliveness into your days
Depth… being the meaning, the truth, the feeling that you are actually living your life on purpose

And what I loved most is this: it’s not one or the other. A fully lived life requires both.

And speaking of depth… we are really going there inside the membership right now. Lately, I’ve been experiencing those moments where something clicks at an entirely different level – you know when it moves from something you understand… to something you know in your body.

That’s what’s been unfolding. And I’ve been sharing it in real time with this community. Exploring the deeper layers of belief, of universal laws, of our relationship with something greater than ourselves… not just as concepts, but as something we can actually live.

So if you’re someone who feels that pull… who knows there is more… who is ready to understand life at a deeper, soul level while still fully being here in it – come join us.

This is where we go deep… but keep it light. (There’s that width and depth again!)

Sending much love your way.
