In-Person Monthly Meditation Healing Circle at Yellow Door Studio in Oakville on November 8th from 7-8:30pm. The intention for this Healing Circle is to create space for you to invite healing and connection within through a guided meditation, self reflection and time to simply BE.
15Â minute guided meditation to align your energy and begin the week with intention.
45 minute class which includes a 20 minute spiritual lesson followed by a 20 minute guided meditation. We come together at the end of class to share and discuss our insights.

A power style yoga class which focuses on strengthening - some weeks we add weights and/or resistance bands.
Relaxing and soothing yoga class focused on stretching and healing the mind, body and soul. Bonus: oracle cards at the end of class to open the heart to receive.
Low intensity yoga flow class that invites both yin and yang energy. A beautiful way to release the energy from the week and open yourself up to new possibilities for the week ahead.
