A Monday Morning Note from London 🇬🇧

I’m writing this to you from London 🇬🇧 on a Monday morning instead of my usual Sunday email, where I’m spending time with both of my kids… and my mama heart is full.

There’s something so meaningful about slowing down and being fully present with the people you love. And interestingly, connection has been the theme that keeps showing up for me over and over again this past week.

I hosted the very first Spiritually Wired Dinner Experience last week, and I’m honestly still taking in the energy of what was created in that room.

My intention for the evening was simple: to create a space that felt spacious and intentional. A space where women could step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect not only with themselves, but with one another in a genuine and meaningful way.

And what unfolded was so much more than I could have imagined.

There is something incredibly powerful about conversations that are real. It reminded me how much we all crave genuine connection.

Not networking. Not surface-level conversation. Not trying to say the “right” thing. Just real human connection.

Because what heals us most isn’t always advice or another strategy. Sometimes it’s simply being in spaces where you can be honest, connect deeply, and remember that you’re not alone.

That’s why spaces like this matter so much.

A special thank you to Kim Torrance for bringing the vision for the evening to life in a way that far exceeded anything I could have imagined. The space itself became such a meaningful part of the experience. It felt warm, intentional, elevated, and deeply aligned with everything I hoped the evening would be.

And to Nindi Chima from Cellular Recall… thank you for being the most incredible and aligned brand partner. I’ve personally been working with Nindi over the past year on supporting my skin in the most natural and holistic way, and I genuinely can’t say enough about her. The care, warmth, knowledge, and energy she brings into everything she does is truly special.

And interestingly, without planning it this way at all, this exact theme of connection carried directly into this week’s podcast conversation with Ashley Lougheed, founder of Girl Time Inc.

This conversation moved me deeply.

Ashley shares the heartbreaking and beautiful story of losing one of her closest friends and the promise she made before her friend passed – to continue showing up for her daughters. You can feel how much that experience shaped the work she does today and her mission to create spaces where women and girls feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

We also talked about the a-ha moment she experienced at ManifestHER that made her pivot and expand her vision in an even bigger way, the importance of learning from one another, and why women need each other now more than ever.

If you haven’t listened yet, I think you’ll really love this episode:
