A Lot Has Changed In 100 Episodes

by | Aug 16, 2026

This past week, I celebrated pushing publish on my 100th episode of the Spiritually Wired Podcast!

When I thought about what I wanted this milestone episode to be, I knew I didn’t want a highlight reel. I wanted it to be about who I’ve become over these past 100 episodes (almost two years) and what’s calling me next.

So, it’s a personal one.

Motherhood has changed. I’ve stepped into a new decade and found so much to learn/love about it. I’ve moved through a fear of being seen and into a very different relationship with visibility. And now, I feel called to share more vulnerably while also owning my authority in a deeper way.

Because the truth is, when we say yes to something on our hearts, we never really know where it will lead us.

That’s the surrender piece.

And it’s also why I keep coming back to this: the spiritual piece of manifestation is never just about the end goal. It’s about who you become in the process of bringing it to life.

Looking back, I know the podcast was never just about the podcast. It was about who I would become through creating it. The conversations I would have. The connections I would make. The edges I would move through. The courage and discipline to keep showing up. And, most importantly, the impact those conversations would have on the people listening.

And if you’re one of them, thank you.

Thank you for listening and being part of this with me. This is why I do it.

If you haven’t already, I’d be so grateful if you’d subscribe, like or share the podcast. And I’d love for you to tell me what you want to hear more about and who you’d love to hear me have a conversation with.

We get to co-create what comes next together!

Remember to breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.

Sending much love your way.

3 things I know a little more at 51

I'm writing this on my actual birthday. When my family asked how I wanted to spend the day, my answer was pretty simple: some quiet time to write, a walk, and a nice dinner together later. Last year was a big one. Turning 50 came with a lot of celebration and a lot...
