Am I meant for more?🤔
Can I tell you one of the most freeing things I’ve learned on my spiritual path?
Your purpose isn’t one thing. It isn’t one career, one business, one talent, one relationship, or one role you’re trying to figure out for the rest of your life.
Your purpose is to become the fullest expression of who you are.
And from that place… your work evolves. Your passions evolve. The ways you contribute evolve. Even the things that light you up evolve.
It turns out that the “more” isn’t about more success, more money, or more achievement.
It’s more of what makes you feel alive.
More creativity.
More joy.
More courage.
More of the person you came here to be.
This week’s podcast conversations is a good one because Brenda Jasmin is one of my favourite people to talk about purpose with. We’ve been having these conversations for nearly 15 years, and every time we sit down together, we explore this idea from another angle.
If you’ve ever wondered, Am I meant for more? or found yourself feeling anxious that you haven’t figured out your purpose yet, I think this episode will feel like a deep exhale.
We also recorded this one together in person, which makes the YouTube version especially fun to watch!
Listen to the episode here, and I can’t wait to hear what resonates most with you.

Curious what it might feel like to explore this with a whole community alongside you? That’s what the Spiritually Wired Membership is for.
Remember to breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
Sending much love your way.

3 things I know a little more at 51
I'm writing this on my actual birthday. When my family asked how I wanted to spend the day, my answer was pretty simple: some quiet time to write, a walk, and a nice dinner together later. Last year was a big one. Turning 50 came with a lot of celebration and a lot...
What if legacy isn’t something you leave behind?
A sentence stopped me in my tracks this week. I was out walking, listening to a recent podcast episode with Oprah and Jay Shetty, when Oprah said: “Your legacy is every life you touch.” I stopped and wrote it down. Because I think about purpose a lot. It fascinates...
