The word that kept showing up this week…
There was one word that kept showing up in my coaching spaces this week: courage.
We had our Setting Goals with Soul session on Tuesday night, and I’m always amazed by what can surface when you give yourself 90 minutes to quiet the outside noise, get curious and explore what’s within.
For me, two things came through very clearly around what I’m being asked to do next: Speak up. Show up.
Not because I haven’t been doing both, but because I can feel there’s another level of each being asked of me. And when I asked myself what quality I would need to bring this to life, the answer was courage.
What was interesting was hearing that same word come up for others in our conversation afterwards and in personal messages I received.
Courage to speak up. Courage to show up. Courage to do the thing you know you’re being called to do, even when there’s a part of you that would much rather stay where it feels safe and familiar.
It made me curious about what courage actually means. One definition describes it as the ability to do something that scares you. I love that because courage isn’t the absence of fear. It doesn’t mean you suddenly feel completely confident or certain.
Courage is being willing to take action despite the fear.
Which naturally led me back to my word for this year: believe.
Because maybe courage and belief are more connected than we realize. To speak up, you have to believe your voice matters. To show up, you have to believe there’s something within you worth sharing. To do the thing that scares you, there has to be enough belief in yourself – or in what’s calling you forward, to take the step anyway.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect because my incredibly wise friend and coach Lisa Garber is our guest teacher inside the Spiritually Wired Membership this week. She’ll be guiding us through creating a belief narrative, a powerful exercise designed to help us consciously strengthen the beliefs that support who we’re becoming. I have a feeling this one is going to be good!
And if you want to experience it with us, you can join the Spiritually Wired Membership and come inside. You can cancel anytime.

And speaking of speaking up and showing up…
That energy is also at the heart of our upcoming ManifestHER VIP Day. Two coaches. Eight women. One intimate day to bring your focus and energy to the desire that is asking for more of you.
A space to speak it out loud. To be supported. To strengthen your belief in it. And, to find the courage to take the next step toward it.

And if part of finding your courage is learning to trust what you already know, this week’s Spiritually Wired episode: Maybe You Don’t Need Another Sign: Trusting Your Intuition is for you.
I share about what happens when asking for another sign becomes a way of avoiding what you already know – and why sometimes the next step is simply trusting yourself enough to act.

Remember to breathe, and trust that you are spiritually wired for your dreams – they’re already waiting for you.
Sending much love your way.
